Delete your Oragic account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Oragic account and the personal information associated with it. Oragic is a Mental Fitness app operated by Oragic LLC (https://oragic.com). You do not need to have the Oragic app installed to submit a request.
Uninstalling is not deleting. Uninstalling the Oragic app, or removing it from your device, does not delete your Oragic account or the information associated with it. To delete your account, send a deletion request as described below.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Oragic account and the personal information associated with it, email Oragic at [email protected]. You can do this without the app installed, if you cannot sign in, and after uninstalling the app.
- Email [email protected]. If possible, send the email from the email address associated with your Oragic account.
- Say clearly that you are requesting deletion of your Oragic account and the personal information associated with it (for example, use the subject line “Delete my Oragic account”).
- Include only the minimum information needed to identify your account, such as the email address you use with Oragic.
Verifying your request
Oragic may verify that you own the account before fulfilling your request.
Please do not send passwords, one-time codes, authentication tokens, social-login credentials, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information.
What happens to your information
When Oragic fulfils a valid deletion request, Oragic will delete or anonymize the personal information associated with your account, except information that Oragic is required or permitted to retain (see below). This is the commitment in our Privacy Policy:
Information that may be retained
According to Oragic’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, Oragic may retain certain information after an account is deleted where it is required or permitted for legal, security, accounting, research integrity, or legitimate business purposes, and may retain some anonymized analytical data for research, security, and statistical purposes.
Neither this page nor our Privacy Policy states a fixed time period for fulfilling deletion requests or for retaining information.
About the Delete button in the app
The Delete button in the Oragic app currently disables access to your account. It is not a complete request to delete the personal information associated with your account. To request that, email [email protected] as described above. You can email us before or after using the button in the app.
Third-party sign-in
Deleting your Oragic account does not delete your account with any third-party sign-in provider you may have used (for example Apple, Google or Facebook). You can manage that account, and the apps and services connected to it, in the provider’s own settings.
